WARRANTY FOR ANY DEFECTS, TRADE, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURN
– Withdrawal period
The Customer legally has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without any reasons and without having to pay penalties, unless otherwise provided for certain products (particularly custom-made or customized products, or hygiene-sensitive corporal products).
This period runs from the date of receipt of the Products by the Customer. In the case of an order for several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the final product delivered. When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, public or otherwise, it shall be extended to the next business day.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may contact the Seller by email at the following address: email@example.com, or by registered letter or by fax, stating his/her name, mailing address and email address, as well as the number of the order. The Customer shall receive by email an acknowledgment of the withdrawal.
Only the Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal. This right cannot be exercised by the recipient of the order.

– Return the products in case of withdrawal
The Customer shall return the products to the Company’s products, without undue delay, and at the latest, within 14 days from the date of his/her notification of his/her decision to withdraw.
In principle, only unused items, clean, in good condition, labeled and in their original packaging can be returned. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer are not accepted.
In the case of return of goods, the Customer must first contact the Seller. The shipping costs are for account of the Customer. The items must be accompanied by the delivery note or order confirmation. For questions about the return address, customer service can be contacted.
Only the goods ordered online can be returned.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall verify its condition and decide on its possible refund, which is then made by the same payment method as the original payment, usually within 5 business days. Only the value of the goods shall be paid, as well as the cost of shipping by ordinary delivery mode. Any benefits, discounts or gifts which the Customer could have received when purchasing the product in the original order shall be deducted.
The refund for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer shall be the object of a depreciation or shall not be accepted.
The Customer’s liability shall be incurred in respect of the depreciation of the product resulting from handling in a manner not suitable to preserve the nature, characteristics and the functioning of the Product.
– Defective Products or non-conforming delivery
If the product should be found defective, the guarantee of the Seller is limited to the return of the Product and to the refund its price, subject to compliance by the Customer of the conditions and time specified above. Return costs are refunded for an amount not exceeding the rate shown on the original invoice. However, the risks of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
